How do I care for my swimwear?

Please refer to our customer care section for information on how to best look after you purchase and ensure a longer lasting lifespan for your swimwear.

 

Can I buy a bikini top and bottom separately, even though they are displayed together?

Absolutely, all Marloe Separates, tops and bottoms, are shot and displayed together on the body; however all are sold as individual pieces so you can mix and match styles and sizes until you find the perfect swimsuit. Please note all prices for each bikini piece are as marked on the individual items.

 

What size should I order?

Marloe Swimwear understands that it can be difficult to decide what size to order for your body. For this reason, we have provided a size guide with instructions on how to measure your body to make this choice easier. If you have a specific sizing question or are local to the Gold Coast (Australia) and would like to book a fitting, please email us at info@marloeswimwear.com.

 

Where do I enter a discount code?

The discount code in entered after you have entered your customer details when you are selecting your shipping preference. Once applied the final cost of your order will be automatically updated and you can proceed to the next page where you will enter your payment information.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Within Australia – Standard – $5

Within Australia – Express - $10

Within Australia – All Orders Over $150 – FREE

International – Standard - $10

International – Express - $25

Does Marloe Swimwear ship internationally?

Yes! We deliver all over the world at a Standard rate of $20 and Express rate of $40. (Note these prices are given in Australian (AUD) dollars.

What payment methods does Marloe Swimwear accept?

We accept payment through our integrated checkout and Paypal. We also accept payments by way of bank transfer. To arrange payment via bank transfer, please email us at info@marloeswimwear.com and we will happily assist you through this process.

 

What is your returns & exchange policy?

Marloe Swimwear is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction and we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it for exchange or store credit– the choice is yours!

Refunds are issued if a size or style you are exchanging for is unavailable, or for faulty swimwear only – we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

All returns and exchanges must be returned to us within 14 days of delivery to you and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with hygiene stickers and swing tags in place.

What to do if you receive a faulty / damaged item?

Marloe Swimwear is handmade in Australia and is individually inspected before being shipped to you to ensure you are receiving garments of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty swimwear please let us know right away at, info@marloeswimwear.com. Please then return swimwear to us within 14 days from when you notify us that you have received damaged or faulty swimwear and we will happily exchange the swimwear, issue a store credit or refund.

Is it safe to purchase from our online store?

Yes! Purchasing from our lonline store is extremely safe and secure. We utilise and integrated website that uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe transmission of your personal data. Please note, Marloe Swimwear does not store your credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
